    All 360 games in store have this same error. Nothing will download or play. I have 2 crest cards on file that work. I’ve tried multiple things. nothing will fix it. I even get same error if I go to the website and try to download it.

    Finally cleaning my launch edition Xbox 360 controllers I bought second hand. The one on the left is the one I cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. The right is the one I have yet to clean.

    Everyone and their dog is play Animal Crossing right now, but every time I see it being played I think about how Xbox hasn't really had a game like that since Viva Pinata. I know there's a ton of differences, but I still feel like a Viva Pinata 3 would be doing great right now. I wish that series were more popular, but I rarely see it talked about.

    Anyone have the same feelings?

    Torx Security Screws

    I don't know if this is widely known, but I'd like to put this out there. If you don't happen to have a security torx bit, you can use a very small flathead screwdriver or bit, which will fit between the center pole and the points on the torx screw. This allows you to turn the screw.

    Anyone got good game suggestions that can be played with friends online?

    Most my friends and I are separated because of the quarantine going on and we've become bored with what we normally play R6S, Warzone/CoD, Apex, Red Dead Online, Division 2, and other games similar to those. Does anyone have any suggestions on good games that are fun for multiplayer? There's between 2-6 of us and we enjoy RPGs, FPSs, Non-FPSs, strategy, Survival, Fantasy, Combat, and much much more.     Xbox One and Xbox360 Playing Together?

    With everyone sitting at home I'm trying to get a coop game going with a friend. He's got a 360 and I've got a One S. Any suggestions for a decent shooter that I can download that he can as well? Doesn't have to be fancy - just fun to run around and shoot each other. Thanks!

    I go to system storage all it says is "Clear local saved games Clear local Xbox 360 storage Make more space Manage storage" if I go to manage storage it just says "View contents Transfer Uninstall things Set as capture location"

    Elite controller series 2 bumper

    I've had the controller for about 2 months and recently I've noticed my left bumper is not registering every time I press it. I've seen online a couple people have had the problem with the bumpers, and was just wondering if anyone knows any fixes or solutions to this?

    Basic help: adding friends between 360 and One

    Hi there, I have an Xbox 360, and am attempting to add a friend who has an Xbox One (we both have less than 5 online friends, so friend limitation is not the problem).

    While he has somehow successfully added me (I am listed as a "Follower"), I am unable to add him. While I have sent him a friend request, his status is perpetually "Pending." And he is unable to respond to my Friend request, because I'm already listed as a Follower (maybe Friend) in his system (i.e he has no Friend request from me).

    I have logged into my Xbox account via laptop, and have added him and see him now listed as a Friend via browser only, but am unable to still see him as a Friend on my actual Xbox 360 console.

    Either I'm missing something very obvious (quite possible, am newbie), or it's something very involved.

    I have also contacted Xbox support via Chat, and they did not offer any advice that I hadn't already tried so far.

    This also occurred 1.5 days ago, so doubting it's a server sync issue(?).

    Is it worth restarting from scratch? I have tried dismissing my prior friend request and re-requested. We are also able to send Messages to each other regardless.

    Any help or advice is welcome, thanks!
