    After Microsoft announces that its first-party games will be playable on both Xbox One X and Series X, here is a sample of the headlines:

    "Xbox Series X Won't Launch With Next-Gen Exclusive Games" - Gamespot

    "Xbox Wont have Series X Exclusives for at Least a Year" - IGN

    Instead of stirring up controversy for clicks, Polygon actually gave us a headline that was decent - "Microsoft promise Xbox series X games will also play on Xbox One - for now"

    Comment threads are full of Sony owners shouting doom 'n gloom. Very tiring. However, anybody changing their day one plans with this information?

    Xbox One S's controller's play and charge kit doesn't charge anymore :(

    I have two controllers and one battery and if I plug the cable in the controller to charge the battery, the orange light never comes on and the battery doesn't charge. I tried putting battery in other controller and same problem.

    Have you experienced this? Does it mean I need to buy new battery?

    I have a 4TB Seagate drive. I was using it for my Xbox, but I got a bigger one. I transferred everything to the new drive, and now i want to use this 4TB drive to put media on it for play on the Xbox.

    I need it to work with the Xbox and Mac OS Sierra. I've used FAT32 in the past. For this drive it's not giving me the option to use FAT32. FAT is available, and works on both, but when I format it tells me there's 2.2TB used. I'm assuming that's the space that games took up. It also tells me that i have 1.8TB capacity and available.

    I can't seem to get that data to go away no matter what I do. It doesn't show any files, I've tried partitioning it. I just want the full capacity of my drive back! Help!

    Xbox One controller won't turn on

    I wanted to mod my controller for a long time and today I finally did it, I used automotive spray paint, but i forgot to protect the contact pads on the backside where the batteries goes, I've already scrapped out most of the paint but it only blinks once and turns of, I tried to put some foil on the front of the pads but with no success, the controller works fine when it's plugged via usb, do you guys know anything that could help

    Anybody have weird charging issues with their controllers?

    So I have two controllers. One is from the first Xbox One I bought and the other is newer from when I upgraded to a One X. I also have two batteries and charging station. For some reason the One X controller only works with a full charge and then doesn't last very long even though the battery isn't depleted. It just blinks but won't stay on if the battery is partially charged but the same battery will work just fine with my old controller. The new controller works fine if it's plugged in as well. Has anyone had an issue like this? I'd be safe in assuming it's the controller and not the batteries right?

    Xbox got to 99% a game installation then just started reinstalling it

    So my headset is about a year old and now the left speaker is not as loud as the right one, is there any way to fix this? like for example setting it to make the left speaker louder and the right one quieter so it will balance out? Thanks!

    recording clips aren't saving

    I have the settings to record for 2 minutes and save on the Xbox One. They are also to show in my activity feed. However, I "recorded" two clips from a game and nothing. I even get the popup that they recorded, but nothing anywhere on the X-Box or even the app. Any clue on what's happening? Anyone else running into this?

    Point lookout not installing

    Wifi cutting out during downloads

    Ok so everytime I download something it's goes fine until it gets to about a gigabit or so and then it just stop the download speed goes away and I have to test me connection to get it back up. Does anyone know a fix for this?
