| How to search for a player with a space in their gamertag in the Xbox mobile app Posted: 17 Dec 2019 12:47 PM PST I just wanted to make this post as a PSA because I was pulling my hair out. In the Xbox mobile app, if you want to search for someone in order to message or report them, it won't work if the player has a space in their gamertag (at least it won't work if you enter the gamertag with the space). It just won't return any results. After trial and error I discovered that you have to replace the space in their gamertag with a "+" sign. So if their gamertag is "Some Person" then you would have to type "Some+Person" instead (don't enter the quotation marks by the way). Hopefully this will help somebody someday. | Has anyone found a solution to the all access problems? Posted: 17 Dec 2019 09:13 AM PST Got approved last night on amazon through citizens one for the one x all access program. Then when I went to complete the transaction I got an error that said I "need to update default address here" I clicked the "here" link and it just gave me a list of the addresses on the account. No options to choose one, only edit and delete them. Called amazon and over the course of an hour and multiple holds it became clear that they have no idea what they're doing with this or what's wrong. They kept asking me what card I used and I kept explaining I didn't USE a card. Then I read the multitude of 1 star reviews intimating the same issue in having and everyone says they spend hours on the phone with no solution. Got a text this morning from Citizens one congratulating me on getting approved and telling me to log in and set up payments for my recent Xbox purchase... the Xbox I was UNABLE to purchase. Has anyone here dealt with this and actually had it solved? P.S. I understand many think all access is a bad deal and I should just pay cash for the system, I'm not posting here for that. There are achievemnts that you either do or you dont and progress dont matter since when you fail you dont get to progress that achievemnt further without restarting it, and i know this isnt a big deal in most games since there arent that many achievements and its still fairly easy to find what you want. Halo MCC however is a mess. If i sort achievements by progress to see what im close to doing, i dont actually see what im close to doing because most of the achievements there are like beat the par score for level X. And it shows like 98% progress or something. Well, useless, i cant go and do 2% more, i have to redo the whole level meaning i have to redo the whole achievement. I can see this maybe being helpful while you are doing the level but after that its useless. Same thing in sea of thieves. Play music with 5 people. Progress 4/5. Useless. I need to do it again with 5 people and not just with one morem that "progress" isnt really any progress. [link] [comments] | ||
