    I got a random friend request by a person with the same gamertag as me, I went to their profile and I was the only one they added / were following.

    My pseudo-gamertag: Goodname Their gamertag: GOODNAME 2

    Also, the only game played (or not, cause 0 achievements) was minecraft for android, which I don't play.

    Is this some kind of targeted bot? I've never seen this before.

    Xbox Series S unable to connect to Wi-Fi

    Hi,

    So I've had my Xbox series S since launch. Recently it's been having issues connecting to the internet. It connects to my network but is unable to get an IP address. Usually a reboot clears the issue but it's a pain having to reboot the Xbox every time I want to play on it.

    Steps taken: 1. Rebooting the Xbox (works until next power off) 2. Set static IP address on Xbox and routers DHCP settings (works temporarily, but after a few reboots it breaks again)

    Is this a known issue with the series S? My router is a HUAWEI 5G CPE Pro. No other devices have this issue, just the series S.

    Can't connect the Xbox controller to my PC. Did I mess it up?

    I was facing some severe drifting severe issues, so I tried to clean the controller with some sanitizer. But now, a few minutes later, I cannot even connect the controller to the PC.

    Is there some chance, or did I fuck it up forever?

    Edit: It seems like working. But seems like some of the keys are jammed.

    Allow us to purchase games on the Xbox app please Microsoft

    Hopefully the Xbox media team see this post. The PlayStation app allows you to purchase games, and is nice if you are away from your console and want to get a game on sale that ends in half an hour lol.

    Think about adding the ability to buy Xbox games on the Xbox app Microsoft.

    Hi all, I recently moved to South Korea and bought the Xbox series S! I have an Xbox One back in America but for some reason when I try to log into my account it says it does not exist! So I created a new account and searched up my old gamertag and it was still there with all of my friends and achievements listed on it, it says the account is offline! Any idea why this is happening and can I recover that gamertag?

    Batman Return to Arkham - controller settings?

    I started playing this game and find it strange that running is on A while the camera is on the right Pad: both cannot be pressed at the same time and I miss that function. In other games running is on RT for example which makes it easier to move the cam at the same time. It seems like the controls cannot be changed in the game. Anyone got some advice?

    Is there such a thing as an Xbox 360 controller modified to work on the newer consoles?

    The 360 controller had ideal shape and weight, in my opinion. More importantly, the 360 controllers had, by far, better quality control.

    I've lost like 5 controllers to stick drift since the XSX released. I'm so sick of it. I never had this problem once with 360 controllers.

    I know that during the 360 days, there were Xbox Original controllers modified to work with the 360 (I own a Duke for the 360). Is there anything like that for this gen?

    Game Pass Ultimate upgrade - active PC Game Pass

    Recently wanted to do the Ultimate upgrade on PC, wondering if anyone has done it similarly.

    I currently have 1 month+ active Game Pass for PC and the stores all sell Live Gold codes (which as I understand is for consoles). If I buy a 12 month Live Gold and redeem it on my account, does that increase/convert my PC subscription or does it count separately (would I then have 13 months of either plan, or 1 month of Game Pass PC and 12 months Live Gold)? And what happens if I upgrade to Ultimate?

    I guess another way to look at it is, what happens if someone bought XLG on their account with a PC?

    Plan comparison shows the the same price for Game Pass PC & XLG.

    Xbox stolen, what do I do?

    My house in university was robbed and they stole my Xbox Series X. I got the serial number online and reported to the police. What im concerned about is that my PIN is easy to guess and my cards are on the Xbox and I'm concerned about Unauthorized purchases. I cant find anything on support or related topic that allows to contact. What to do about that and anything else I should do?

    Xbox One "I made this" edition broken...another Xbox One or a One S?

    Dead in the water Xbox One...tried troubleshooting and got nowhere (also as old as they get).

    Need another one for the pile of games (used Kinect a lot but looks like the Xbox One S and X work fine with Kinect with cheap adapter).

    Anyways...looks like everyone's favorite game store sells the One for $240 and One S for $280 (+Kinect adapter). What do you all recommend?

    Share games between me and my friend

    Hello! So I want to share my games with my friend, and he want to share his with me. In the Xbox official site they say to connect my account to his console and make it home Xbox, and vice versa. So if I understand correctly, I can't manage my own Xbox through the Xbox app but I will manage the Xbox of my friend instead?

    Please someone explain it to me.
