    This is the thread where subscribers should bring their Xbox support issues. The collective experience of the Xbox community is one of the most powerful tools to help you fix any gaming issue, and we've been seeing some awesome responses. We love to see gamers helping gamers!

    When posting a question, please include the following information

    • For console issues - your console type (One S, S All-Digital, One X, or original) and whether or not it is on an insider OS build.

    • For headset issues - the brand and model of the headset.
    • For game issues - if the game is disc-based, digitally owned, accessed via Game Pass, or accessed via Game Share with another user.

    Xbox one was stolen - Any advice?

    My little brother's Xbox One console was stolen from his apartment last night. He tried to update password and security info, but his account now seems to be in limbo as he can't add two-step verification or check any sign-ons for 30 days.

    Does anyone have experience with a stolen console and what to do next? He contacted Microsoft support and their advice was to "let the police handle it from here," which wasn't very helpful.

    UPDATE: We were able to see that someone else signed into their account and have their Xbox ID. Beyond reporting this info to the police, is there something that Microsoft can do to track this person?

    So I just finished DS3 as my first ever FromSoftware game (thats a lie I tried Sekiro but I didn't like it) and now want to go straight to the next one. So my questions is how is the performance on XSX? Have both games 60 fps? which one feels smoother? Which one do you recommend?

    Do I understand Game Sharing correctly?

    I have just purchased an XBox Series X console and Game Pass Ultimate. I also have an XBox One X console that I would like to setup in the living room for my children to play. If I am understanding correctly as long as I designate the Living Room XBox One X as the "Home" console, anyone playing on that console should be able to play any of the Game Pass Ultimate games I have purchased on my account.

    Also, my children and I should be able to play each other online, me on my XBox Series X and they on the Living Room XBox One X, without them having to have an XBox Gold subscription. Just my account having Game Pass Ultimate should be sufficient.

    Am I correct in my understanding or did I miss something?
