    Hi, I have a Xbox One S controller and my stick pads are freely rotating + that cut in the rubber (2nd Image). Can I buy new stick pads somewhere or do I have to buy a new controller, thanks!

    A helpful suggestion for quick resume on Xbox Series X/S

    Can we please get an option to turn off quick resume for certain games? Games like Apex Legends, COD, and most online games don't work well with quick resume. It loads you in and then crashes the game, but we can't just turn it off and it gets old having to quit every game I don't want it to resume later on. This would help a lot.

    Is Gold required to play multiplayer through the Xbox App on PC?

    This might be a stupid question, but I rarely play on my console anymore while I rather enthusiastically play Games Pass Games on PC. If I downgrade from Ultimate to Games Pass for PC, am I still able to play multiplayer through games I play through games pass? I am assuming yes as I don't know how they would otherwise be able to regulate that but I just want to make sure before making that change and haven't been able to find the answer elsewhere.

    Help with Turtle Beach Recon 200 Headset?

    I got this headset about a month ago and this has been an issue from the start. I will be in the middle of a game, talking to people, and my headset will turn off. It doesn't turn back on unless I plug it into the charger for about 5 minutes. I'm aware of the auto turn off feature but this shouldn't be happening as there was plenty of audio transmitting through the headset. Please help.

    Series x/s controller rubberized grips shell replacement

    Google is leading me around in circles. Hopefully someone here can help. I'm looking for a shell replacement for my series x controller with rubberized grips, similar to the elite controller line. Everything in finding through online search is either for the elite controllers or those terrible sticky pads. I want to replace the whole back panel, not just the side rails.

    Xbox creates a new profile/account when signing into an existing email

    I was adding another account I have to my box but when I entered the email it started asking for a PIN and everything and it literally created a new profile and account with the same email. I want it to sign in to my existing account and not create a new one. How can I stop this

    I recently bought the Xbox series s and I am trying to play a game that I bought already on another account, that is installed on this Xbox, I used to be able to play this game on this account on my Xbox 1 and now it’s not letting me. Any ideas?

    Is there anyway to fix this gap at the top of the controller? I dropped it while I was getting up and it fell decently hard and created this gap. I tried to snap it back into place but it won’t budge.

    Help needed: Sad face on iOS app when sharing clips

    When I first got the Xbox Series S, I connected everything, downloaded the app on my iPhone 12 with the latest iOS, and was seamlessly saving and sharing my clips from console to phone to WhatsApp.

    All of the sudden, I started getting the sad face on my iOS app. So I can't even see the clip on my phone.

    I try to share without seeing it. Doesn't work.

    I try to save the video. It opens in my photos app, but, when I try to send it, it won't send.

    Tried googling it and even hit YouTube and I couldn't get anything that didn't involve a complicated clear cache/uninstall/reinstall process (which I tried) that didn't help.

    Any ideas?

    Playing XCloud with PC

    I have gamepass and downloaded xbox installer from microsoft website but I can't find the Cloud gaming on it? Is cloud gaming just for american region? Or even can it be played with the app , or just from the browser?
