EDIT: It seems like most services are back online except Cloud Gaming:

    @XboxSupport

At this time you should be able to use the Party Chat, Sign-in, Matchmaking and Store features of your Xbox consoles as usual. Our teams are still investigating issues you may see when launching Cloud Gaming, with updates at

    ORIGINAL POST:

Keep all XBOX LIVE outage chat in this thread.

    AZURE / 365 STATUS:

Microsoft Azure, the server software that powers Xbox Live, Teams, Outlook, and other web services has gone down.

"We are aware of an issue affecting the Azure Portal and Azure services", the official Microsoft Azure account tweeted. "Please visit our alternate Status Page ... for more information and updates."

The issue appears to be also affecting Microsoft's other products, including Skype, OneDrive, and its Office 365 workplace suite. The Azure status page confirms that Network Infrastructure across the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa have been affected - although strangely areas of Germany remain unaffected.

The Microsoft 365 support account gave more details on the issue via a Twitter thread, saying: "We're investigating an issue in which users may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services and features. We'll provide additional information as soon as possible."

"We'll be providing status updates for this issue at

    http://status.office.com

"Engineers are fully engaged and investigating this issue. Access to both http://status.office.com and the Service Health Dashboard may be affected by this event.

"Microsoft rerouted traffic to our resilient DNS capabilities and are seeing improvement in service availability. We are continuing to investigate the cause of the DNS issue. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes

Outriders on game pass is win-win-win

    Posted:

I have played this for a few hours now, on series X, and putting this on game pass is just the perfect solution for everyone.

It's one of those games that in many ways just fall short of blockbuster success, due to some rough edges, hit or miss acting, etc, and would likely be a pass for many people until perhaps some deep sale. But the gameplay is actually super smooth and fun. So game pass day one is absolutely perfect. It's a bigger-than-average title to hit game pass, so certainly with a day one release it's going to be on the radar, and downloaded at least for a try, of maybe a dozen million game pass subscribers.

This is obviously a win for the gamers, since they are going to discover that this game is actually great fun. And since it's "free", and is even more fun coop, it's easy to find a friend or two to try it out with and enjoy.

I think it will be a win for the devs/publisher too, because they of course get paid in some way for the playtime and downloads this will generate.

And for game pass, because it will confirm to devs and publishers, once again, that also bigger titles can have success when released on game pass.

I'm loving this game so far but never would have bought it. And my impression is that I'm not alone in this. I hope we will learn in the future how happy SE is with the success of this game on game pass. And that other publishers will consider a similar approach.

    Win win win everybody wins

So, I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere so correct me if it's a well known thing but it seems on 360 titles on my series s there seems to be one x enhancements. Does anyone know anything about this?

I'm trying to find easy to play Xbox games that my girlfriend and I could play together. Obviously she doesn't play video games so it needs to be something easy in nature but fun. I'm sort of looking for Nintendo Switch style games but for xbox...if those exist.
