    Found this today at a Mom & Pop shop near work. Having collected for the PS3, I know the PS3 version is very uncommon and have only seen a handful of copies in person. Is it the same for the 360?

    There is this dry, black substance on the inside of my 2007 white Xbox 360 model’s optical drive. It’s the hitachi-lg and I wonder if this will hurt the optical drive later on

    Need Some Help With This...

    I don't usually post these but I'm really struggling with my Xbox 360 E. I have tried all sorts to get rid of the problem but it persists.

    On my Xbox, when I attempt to licence transfer my account I get the following message"There was a problem communicating with Xbox live. Please try again later." " For more info, visit www.xbox.com/support/licensemigration/.

    I have been trying for three days to do this and receive the same message. It appears to be an account issue as I have tried it on multiple xbox's to no avail. I did create a dummy account and it worked perfectly.

    Unfortunately, the link is dead and I don't think that Xbox support, is tailored towards the 360 anymore. I'd rather not factory reset my Xbox as it has over 236 games across an external device.

    Edit* - for more context, I have already deleted my profile and reinstalled, cleared systems cache and power cycled my Xbox and WiFi router.

    New to the Xb360 in 2021

    Hey! I wanted to start playing games on the Xb360 again and I wondered if I could get an answer to some questions I had.

    Mainly: What's the state of online on the console and what're the "popular" games at the moment? And can you play with xlink as if you were using Xbox Live?

    Thanks in advance! I love the console and yous keeping it alive. :)

    Gotta get my 2007 Arcade to do some work, rest in peace wired controller.

    About the Blue startup

    You know that cool looking 360 E blue startup, It looks so co- I'm just going to say it.

    THE BLUE STARTUP NEVER EXISTED

    Now, before you get mad, I AM NOT SAYING THE 360 E BLUE EDITION NEVER EXISTED, I know it does. I am just saying the startup animation for that console is green. Before you say "Do YoU'rE rEaShEaRcH, iTs OnLy BlUe In SoMe CoUnTrYs" I DID do research, I watched videos from the USA, Australia, England, Britan, and probably like 5 others I can't remember. ALL OF THE VIDEOS SHOWED THE GREEN STARTUP.

    Anyone else having trouble with the Marketplace?

    Was trying to use 360 Marketplace website earlier to buy/download Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, but no matter what it never went through. I got in touch with one of their support members and they said it was related to the ISP being down.

    Is anyone else having trouble, or is it just me?

    Bug in Gears of War 2. My character died during story dialogue. We had to replay whole chapter because this bug was saved in checkpoint :0

    360 purchased games licensing

    So I have a solid 300 downloaded games I purchased on this console. Problem is I don't expect the online service to stick around forever. And I tend to play offline (horrible internet). Now some games require me to go online to update my licensing (about half of my games) on occasion. I'm worried that when I either cancel my internet or the xbl service for 360 has ended that I won't be able to play them anymore. Is there a fix for this problem?
