If your Xbox is set as your primary system and your digital games aren't working, going to settings and selecting "Go Offline" should fix it.

Every time there's a server outage, there's always confused reddit posters wondering why they can't play their single-player games. You can, the OS just tends to act janky until you disconnect from the internet.

Edit: Again, as I said in the title, your Xbox must be set as the primary system. If you haven't done that, you are kinda screwed until the servers come back up. (Or you might just be like me and still be able to play your games somehow.) Game Pass/Gold should also work in this case.
