    How do I fix my Xbox account?

    So me and my brother used to play in our Xbox 360 all the time and recently we have been having a issue where we can't login to our profile to play games like Halo 4. It keeps saying we have to sign it to it. I assume this is because Xbox live expired. We tried putting our old password in or any combination we could be but it doesn't work. Does anyone know of a way we can bypass this or fix this issue? I wasn't able to get ahold of Microsoft for help. I really don't want to make another account when we already have so many memories saved on our old account.

    I'm still confused even finishing the tutorial.

    What are the controls on how to create a waypoint or patrolling area for your units?

    I hope all of these made sense.

    Good Knock Off Controllers

    Hey guys, I've purchased a few knock-off Xbox 360 controllers from eBay and all of them work fine on the PC with Xpadder however, the analog stick seems to be far slower or faster than the original Xbox 360 controller on the console. Not only that but the controllers were pretty much falling apart after a couple weeks' worth of use. I've bought some official controllers however the wireless keeps disconnecting. I've tried cleaning the springs for where the batteries are placed but it didn't seem to help.

    Does anyone know of a good knock off Xbox 360 controller that works like the original controller for the console?

    Does anyone know how to fix the original Xbox 360 controllers so they won't disconnect wirelessly all the time?

    Any information regarding this matter would greatly be appreciated, thanks.

    Few questions about 360 Arcades

    Hey there, I'm new to this subreddit and 360 gaming overall. I've been meaning to get a fat 360 because they're the most reliable for rythm gaming, and someone on this subreddit told me that the latest version of the fat 360, with the "Jasper" motherboard seems to be the safest one talking about RRoD and RLoD.

    I've been able to find quite a few jaspers, but I noticed they're all Arcade variants. Here are the questions:

    1. Is storage space the only problem with Xbox 360 Arcade? I've heard they're "not worth it" which indicates many issues, but the main one that everyone complains about is really the storage.
    2. Will any external Hard Drive work? Microsoft has SATA Hard Drives built specifically for the Xbox 360, but I was wondering if my Samsung 500Gb USB drive would be good enough. I heard they can be used only for personal data like movies, and not save games or installed games, but that information is very dated and maybe something changed from 2011 to now.
    3. Will a fat 360 be able to have the latest firmware? I'm currently borrowing a 360 E which has the latest software update from Microsoft, but I've seen recent videos of older versions of the 360 software.

    Troubled with my controller, am I screwed?

    Hi, I got an original wired 360 controller to use on my pc a while ago. I was trying to fix my girlfriend's laptop (bsods) and I connected it to my control, then, the next morning when I connected it to my pc, the lights would turn on for 3 seconds, turn off, and windows would say it didn't recognize the device and that it malfunctioned.

    I tried uninstalling the drivers from the device manager but it didn't work, and if I connect it to other laptops or my Xbox, it does the same thing. How would plugging it into another laptop mess it up? I know that a faulty motherboard could potentially burn stuff you plug into the usb ports, but would a burned Xbox controller still turn on its lights?

    If there's no hope, I'll just buy another, but id rather not waste the money if possible.
