    why do clips not go sideways on the phone it's so annoying and it used to be able to but just started only being verticals clips a while ago for me

    After a long talk with a Microsoft Azure engineer, he gave the impression that XBox project Lockheart was designed to be the backbone of Xcloud service. Right now, they’re running on Xbox One S modified boards with 4 per blade. Lockheart are smaller boards and 9 per blades.

    I wanna get a Xbox One S for the exclusive games but also mainly because of the 4k player. How is it for playing movies ? I watched the standard blu ray version of Rambo First Blood on my Step Dad's Xbox One S and the credits were distorted. I'm not sure if its because of the lack of air ventilation he gives it is the reason it acted like that or because its the way the Xbox One S was designed ? I'm guessing its because of his lack of proper treatment for it, I would just like some validation and also my blu ray is clean, no scratches nor smudges, I treat my movies and games with immense care.

    Everyone knows that you need the Xbox live Gold membership to play onlinr, and it is one of the ways of Xbox to get money, aside from Gamepass, the games and obviously the consoles.

    The thing is, Xbox has a lot of services, like Gold, Gamepass, and the Xcloud beta, which i think it gives them a lot of money.

    The next gen console, the Xbox Series X, can be out at $500 or $600, which isnt a low price, but its enough for them to get their money back, and enough for us to buy one (maybe not necessarly on Day one, but in the course of the generation).

    The main point of this is the next: Why dont they make the online free??

    Im not saying that they need to eliminate Gold. The way i can see it done is the next:

    1) Gold Membership can still be a thing, because it can give you benefits that free online players dont have (which are the things that they have right now: free games every month and discounts in the Xbox store)

    2) Gamepass is basically a game netflix. People that dont want to buy the games physically, or people that just want to have a lot of games in the moment, or even maybe people that dont have a lot of money to buy some games, but have enough to pay the gamepass membership (or Ultimaye) can use the service

    3) Xcloud is still in beta state, but is working pretty good. Its another service where Xbox is getting a decent amount money

    Making just one service free wont throw the whole company in bankrupt, since the company can maintain part of the main service (Gold) and having a lot more. It can boost a little the sells of the Series X by having one of the main things of gaming free

    Sup lads. I recently joined the Xbox family. After some time i decided to change my pfp for obvious reasons but i can only select a couple premade ones. No tutorial helped me and it seems to me that only Xbox One users can have custom Avatars. I'd love if you could help me, thanks in advance.

    So I'm playing JC3 on my Xbox with game pass, and its frame rate is pretty bad, probably like 20 FPS. If anyone could tell me what's wrong or something that would be very awesome :)

    My wife and I share an Xbox One X.

    I'll log in, play some games, then later in the night she'll take over and log herself in and play Just Dance or something.

    Problem is: If we don't also manually log me OUT, then my friends lists shows that I'm playing Just Dance (or whatever she's playing).

    It seems strange to me that you can have two people logged in at the same time.

    My question:

    Is there a way to have the Xbox automatically log out users when another use logs in?

    Xbox 360 controller drift

    Every time I move the left joystick and then leave it to rests it drifts a little bit before it settles.

    Would taking it apart fix any of these issues?

    External Hard Drive Not Connecting

    So, i got a 2tb white seagate hard drive for xmas witch i used for my xbox one. It has been working fine all untill yesterday when i saw that the hard drive wasent glowing like it used to do. Now it dosent connect to my xbox and i cant use it, but when its plugged in to my xbox i can feel it spin in my and and it makes noise.

    What i have tried so far:

    Plugging it into my laptop and trying to format it. My laptop kinda recognizes the drive, but it cant format the drive. It says that i need to initiate the drive. I tried to initiate it but it dident work.

    Changeing the USB port that the hard drive is connected to. That dident work.

    Im thinking its a connection problem like the cabel or something, but its so new and it feels wierd.

    Plz help me as my hard drive is new and i can only stor 4 games right now (gta 5, rdr2, dirt rally and forza horizon 4). I did get 2 games for xmas (cod mw and nfs heat) witch i cant use because of my low storage limit.

    Mic randomly dropping in and out

    Hey everyone,

    I have a pair of Surface headphones which have worked with the Xbox just fine up until recently where the mic will sometimes work; sometimes not.

    I make sure it's connected via the 3.5mm cable I make sure the Xbox has been power cycled I have tested it in my PC and the mic from the Surface Headphones works fine I pair it via Bluetooth to my phone and it's also fine.

    So it randomly working and not working appears to be isolated to the Xbox.

    Any ideas?

    I bought subnautica a few months back and now it's an official game. I wanted to read some reviews on it on the game store and it says its included with x box game pass or I could buy it to own.

    Having a Problem Redeeming Xbox Game Pass

    So for Christmas, I got a 1 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Card for my PC. I finally decided I'd get around to redeeming it and trying it out. I installed the app, but when I try to Join and select a way to pay, the system doesn't accept my code, saying "Pick another way to pay. This code isn't from a gift card." If anyone can help me out with this, it'd be greatly appreciated :)
