    need help with my controllers

    I just got my first 360 yesterday and 2 controllers one is the one where you insert the batteries and I don't know what the other one is but when I try to turn them on they don't work and only work by plugging them into the console.
    I've tried charging both of them but I don't know what to do
    any help is appreciated

    Over the last couple of years I've been selling retro and modern video games at toy shows and conventions. This has allowed me to amass a very large inventory of games and systems of all types.

    With the pandemic there aren't really any conventions or shows going on. I decided to liquidate everything and keep just a few of my favorites. Now everything has been sold off and I just have systems I want to play.

    Xbox 360 has always been one of my favorite systems. I kept a flawless in box Halo 4 edition and a few others as backups. Today I was really excited to play but ran into so many random issues.

    I spent the entire day trying to get Live to work on my profile. I spent over four hours on the phone with Xbox support. In the end support just couldn't figure out how to fix my profile.

    I ended up creating a new profile under a different account and then transferred my subscription over. I didn't mind starting over since it will be fun to get achievements again.

    I'm so excited to be playing on 360 again. Please let me know what your favorite games are. Also share any tips on must have accessories.

    TLDR: Rambled on about getting back into Xbox 360 again.

    I have the Xbox Arcade Slim 4GB model. I bought it new probably a year or two after that model was released. I later put a 20GB HD from an old Xbox in it. If I get a large capacity HD is there an easy way to move everything from the old drive to the new one without a lot of headaches? How would I do that?

    *** And if I have games on my old HD that Microsoft no longer has the license to, will those games still work once transferred to my new HD?

    Lastly, can I still buy games from the Xbox marketplace? If so does it only work online now or through the Xbox itself? I did read somewhere that you cannot use Xbox gift cards in the 360 marketplace anymore. So if the store is working, I assume it will just take direct credit card purchases?

    Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance for the replies.

    What are some good racing games for 360?

    I haven't really played racing games for a few years and I want to play something fun

    I like games where you can customise your cars and stuff.

    I know there's stuff like Forza Horizon but not much else

    Halo Zephyr

    I got a green Halo 3 edition Zephyr console and I don't know what I should do with it. I'm wanting to prevent it from red ringing, and I have other 360s so I won't be using it as my main console, so any advice would be great
